1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ColorBase application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. User Accounts and Cloud Sync
You can use ColorBase without an account. However, creating a free account is required to enable Cloud Sync. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Purchases, Upgrades, and Refunds
ColorBase offers a premium tier (ColorBase PRO) available via a one-time in-app purchase. This unlocks unlimited recipe slots, removes ads, and enables PDF/CSV exports.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment information.
- Refunds: Because payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google, we cannot directly process refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple Support or Google Play Support in accordance with their respective refund policies.
4. Free Tier and Advertisements
The free version of ColorBase limits the number of recipes you can save locally. You may unlock additional recipe slots by watching rewarded video advertisements served by Google AdMob.
Purchasing the one-time ColorBase PRO lifetime license removes all advertisements entirely.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty & Liability
Accuracy: ColorBase is a calculation assistant. While we strive for absolute precision in our math algorithms, results may vary based on your physical scale calibration and material quality. Always verify your measurements.
Liability: AssemblyNest and the developers of ColorBase shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect material losses, wasted paint/resin, or incorrect mixtures resulting from the use of the application.
