Delete Your Account
If you no longer wish to use ColorBase, you can permanently delete your account directly from within the application. Please note that this action is irreversible.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the ColorBase app on your device.
- Navigate to the Profile screen using the bottom menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the red "Delete Account" button.
- Read the warning and confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently removed from our cloud infrastructure.
What Gets Deleted
We respect your privacy. Performing a hard delete removes everything associated with your account from our servers (Supabase):
- Authentication Data: Your login credentials and email address.
- Database Records: All your saved color recipes, formulas, ingredients, and custom notes.
- Physical Files: Your uploaded recipe photos (from the cloud storage bucket) and your profile avatar.
- Metadata: Cloud-synced preferences, including currency settings, measurement units, and ad-unlocked slot limits.
